Brand Protection & Content Protection Takedowns Database
This database has a companion resource – the Brand & Content Protection Takedown Guide Library. The Library exists to provide practical, step-by-step how-to guides for submitting intellectual property infringement notices to online platforms. The guides include screenshots to assist the process and constantly remind rightsholders and reporting organisations to carefully read platform policies and applicable laws before submitting a legal notice.
Where possible, the database includes a link to the IP policy or ToS and a link to report abuse via either a contact form or email address. More platforms and guides will be added over time. This free resource has been created by the work of industry experts volunteering their time. Platforms regularly change policies and move content; please be patient with us whilst any broken links or outdated content is fixed.
