A combined, formatted list of counterfeit and pirate online platforms as per the European Commission’s Watch List and US Notorious Markets List. The list is available in full, or split into 5 categories: ecommerce, online illicit pharmacies, copyright piracy, online service providers, and social networks and messaging apps. These groupings roughly follow those applied in the Commission’s list.

?? The US Notorious Markets List is a yearly list, going back to 2006 as part of the Special 301 Report produced by the US Trade Representative. The Special 301 Report is now dedicated to identifying countries without adequate intellectual property regimes to protect US rightsholders, with the Notorious Markets portion being spun-off to focus on the online spaces and physical marketplaces without adequate intellectual property protections. The latest edition was released January 2021, the online platforms from this latest edition can be found below.
